Age Division by Birth Year Defined for the 2024/2025 soccer season effective 8/1/2024
Teams will be selected based on single gender, age division, and ability.
Once Tryouts are concluded, most players will be selected for a CSC Blades team. The players who are selected for the CSC Blades teams will need to register as a CSC Blades member for the 2023/24 season. Membership fees are explained below. Additional team costs will be assessed throughout the season for attending events and training.
A fundraiser is available to help with the cost of the membership and tournament fees.

Scholarships are available for players in need of assistances with the Blades membership fee. Contact wendyb@caspersoccerclub.com for assistance.

Blades 9U to15U  Annual Membership Fee- $500* - All Selected Players must register through the online Got Soccer registration service - Electronic signature of the medical release form & waiver information is required. Proof of age is required for all competitive players. All players and parents are responsible for knowing the Blades Policies and Procedures and other policy documents that are available. Blades membership registration is due by July 27.  A late fee of $25.00 applies to membership fees not paid by the scheduled due date.
Players are responsible for additional fees which included but are not limited to uniform, tournament cost, travel, indoor training, team equipment, etc.  

Blades 15U to 19U  Annual Membership Fee - $375* annually - All players must register through the online Got Soccer registration service - electronic signature of medical release form and waiver information are required.   All players and parents are responsible for knowing the Blades Policies and Procedures and other policy documents that are available. Blades membership fees are due by July 27.  A late fee of $25.00 will applied to membership fees not paid by scheduled due dates.
Players are responsible for additional fees which included but are not limited to uniform, tournament cost, Coach travel, training, team equipment, etc.

*All competitive players must complete the WSA forms of Code of Conduct & Med release forms and pay the WSA annual affiliation competitive fee of $36 and the Got Sport user software fee. 

8U Players have to opportunity to participate in the Jr Blades program, an introduction the the traveling competitive program.  Players register for the program at the beginning of the fall season and participate in a limited number of events.  Click here for more information. 

Play Up Request
 Many factors are present in determining a player’s ability to “Play Up” out of their chronological age.  CSC and our staff realize that any decision regarding a child playing up an age should be based on what is best for the child, team and club.  Reviewed on an individual case by case situation. Contact the Director of Coaching at docmatt@caspersoccerclub.com or docmike@caspersoccerclub.com for additional information.  Play up request due 7 days prior to tryouts.

*Blades Membership Fees are subject to change with little or no notice.
Refund Policy of Blades Membership Fee.  The Blades fee is an annual membership in the program offered by the Casper Soccer Club.  Blades fees included but are not limited to insurance, city use fees, goals, nets, paint, and operation cost of the program.  Blades membership is from August 1 to July 31.  Cancellation and refund request of the Blades membership fee is available as follows:
Request prior to July 31 - A  refund less processing fee of $25
Request from August 1 to August 31- A refund less $60 administration fee*
Request after August 31 - no refund will be available 
The WSA membership fee is non refundable

**Players who have participated in an event between August 1 and September 1 are no longer eligible for a refund of the Blades membership fees in cancellation occurs. Fully earned membership fee.
