TOPSoccer - The Outreach Program for Soccer enriching the lives of young athletes with disabilities through the game of soccer.

Special Needs Outreach Program

TOPSoccer is designed to provide opportunities for special needs children 5 to 19. It provides a very affordable option for fitness, fun and building self-esteem and friendships.
TOPSoccer is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by the Casper Soccer Club volunteers. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, who has a mental or physical disability. The goal is to enable thousands of young athletes with disabilities to become valued and successful members of the US Youth Soccer family. 
The TOPSoccer program is open to kids with special needs from age 5 to 18. 

Winter Soccer Program - Monday nights - January 7, 2019 to February 10, 2019.
5:15pm to 6:30pm at the old gym of the YMCA 315 East 15th Street.
Entrance is the double doors by the gym, east side of the building.
